Hey Chris!
You’re awesome! We need more people like you in the world who are in touch with themselves spiritually and with God. Most people are afraid to mention the word God even if they believe in Him. You know, I’m not where I want to be in my life but because of God, I’m not where I used to be either. I filled out your survey about 30 minutes ago but after watching this video, I have a little more perspective on myself and where I’m going wrong.
You mentioned low self worth and not being able to meet high life expectations…I totally get that. I think my problem is low self worth with lofty goals that I never to seem to reach. I get frustrated which lowers my self worth and since I do not feel adequate, I punish myself by thinking I don’t deserve it anyway because I don’t have what it takes. I eventually shake it off when I come up with yet another great idea, turn around and repeat the same behaviour all over again. Very self defeating. My brain is riddled with awesome ideas and goals – tonnes of them. If I could increase my self worth and get focused I dare say I could be a very wealthy woman by now. Question is, how do I dispel all the bad habits and misconceptions of myself?
